Liveaboard Maki-Cat

Experience life on-board our stunning 46” Woods Catamaran, taking in all that the surrounding islands have to offer.

Maki-Cat was fully refurbished in 2020 and continues to dominate the waters. The generous fore deck is equipped with shaded seating, protecting you from the hot Madagascan sun, while you lounge and spend quality time between excursions.

Maki has four cabins: two stern en-suite double cabins, and two twin or double cabins midship with a shared bathroom. The skipper has his own cabin onboard and the crew sleep in the wheelhouse.

The wheelhouse ‘upstairs’ is where you’ll find the fishing rod holders. Guests are free to fish along the recreational charter routes – fishing from Maki has never disappointed! However if you are looking to do some serious fishing, having Maki-Cat 2 – our mighty sports fisher – to accompany you is the way to go.

The experienced crew is skippered by the ever-smiling Toni, Mark our amazing chef, who will produce meals you wouldn’t believe possible in his small galley, and Angelot who keeps Maki sparkling clean, serves your drinks, assists with fishing and diving and makes up your cabins.

Rates include all meals, tea, coffee and drinking water (excluding: park fees, diving, drinks and tips).
